The good news is that pH balance is the key to your healing that you may have been missing.  And--by learning how to use magnets to adjust your body's pH in very specific ways, you can restore your health easily and efficiently and recover from the debilitating symptoms of Lyme and it's co-infections.  You can begin learning how to use this healing modality by applying it to Lyme, but you can also apply its principles to any other health conditions that you would like to improve, once you learn how to do it.

This information is quite technical, but for those with a "gotta-know-how-it-works" kind of brain, this information is for you.

There is an overall level of pH in the body, which, in a human body, must be close to neutral at all times in order to support life. You may not know that there are also “micro-climates” throughout the body where pH could be acidic in one area, and alkaline in another.  In fact, there can be no acidic areas of the body, without a corresponding alkaline area somewhere else, and vice versa, because the body must maintain that overall balance or it will not be able to function and will inevitably die.

Hydrogen

On the subatomic level of matter, all atoms are made up of postively and negatively charged particles, and neutral particles, called protons (+), electrons(-), and neutrons(o). Hydrogen is the simplest and the first of all atoms on the periodic table.  It has only one proton and one electron.  A hydrogen ion is a form of hydrogen that has only the proton, without the electron, which makes it positively charged.  The hydrogen ion is responsible for determining the pH of any substance.  An acidic area has more hydrogen ions, and since hydrogen is a positively charged atom, this means that the acidic area has an overall positive charge.  An alkaline area, having fewer hydrogen ions, results in an overall negative charge.  Herein is the subatomic key to our unique healing method.

The Biomagnetic Pair

An acid/alkaline localized imbalance, where one area is acidic, and another corresponding area is alkaline, creates what is known as a biomagnetic pair, which is present anytime there is illness in the body.  A biomagnetic pair is a fixed relationship between two areas of the body.  One area has become acidified (or alkalanized) and another area, by biochemical requirement, has become alkalinized (or acidified) in response, to keep the overall balance of pH in the body.  In nature, these pairs are created on a temporary basis all the time, as part of the fight, flight, freeze response of the sympathetic nervous system.  They are necessary for our survival.  The problem enters when these pairs become habitual, and permanent, because of our unresolved issues and unhealthy lifestyle habits.

A biomagnetic pair is the result of an imbalance that could be caused by many different life and environmental circumstances, including things that are both within and outside our control, such as a shock or trauma, habitual negative thought patterns, poor eating habits, toxicity in the environment, or toxic medicines, to name a few.  The biomagnetic pair consists of one area that has become acidified, and therefore positively charged (with extra hydrogen ions), and another corresponding area that has become alkalinized, and therefore negatively charged (with fewer hydrogen ions). 

Some pathologic microorganisms thrive in an alkaline environment and some thrive in an acidic environment.  Pathologic organisms cannot live or reproduce in a healthy, neutral environment.  This is the best kept secret of the immune system and an important key to restoring our health.

How Magnets Help Our Bodies Heal

As explained above, the micro-climates formed throughout our bodies as a result of localized pH imbalances, are the foundation of disease.  The pathological organisms that generate symptoms in the body such as those that are related to symptoms of Lyme, and all the co-infections, need a pH imbalanced environment in order to live, reproduce and cause damage to our bodies.  In this regard, I do not consider microbes alone to be the direct or root cause of illness, but merely a manifestation of imbalance.  Instead, I see the body's pH condition, which makes us more or less susceptible to disease, as the deeper root cause.  The deepest root cause of all that I see is that which throws the Ph balance off in the first place, along with that which prevents us from self-correcting, but that is a subject for another article.  That said, if we want to heal disease, the most efficient way to do that, hands down, is to balance the body’s pH.  A healthy diet, positive outlook on life, and a healthy relationship with stress are a few very important ways to generate and maintain a healthy pH balance but not the only ways. 

Biomagnetic therapy is unique among healing modalities in that it aims to directly impact the pH of the body’s tissues through the targeted application of magnetic fields in highly specific areas, depending on which microbes are present.  To be clear, biomagnetic therapy does not attack microbes, but simply cleans up of the terrain where they live, making it impossible for them to continue living there.  Therefore, when using this methodology, it becomes un-necessary to use antibiotics to kill microbes.  This is precisely why I call this modality a game-changer. Bacteria, parasites, viruses, and fungi, will all disappear when their environment no longer supports their existence.  And unlike in the case of using antibiotics, which kill everything in their path, a healthy terrain, balanced with biomagnetics, will still support the healthy microbes that we need in abundance in order to maintain excellent health.  

How the pH is Restored

The type of magnets used for this method does matter.  They need to have a minimum strength of 1000 units of surface gauss but not be so strong as to be dangerous to handle.  They need to be packaged in such a way that makes them easy to handle and separate from each other, and the positive and negative polarities must be clearly marked by the color of the casing.  The material used for the casing must be durable enough to hold up to the strong force of the magnetic fields.  The magnets pictured here are neodymium "rare earth" magnets, with a surface gauss of 3000 units, handcrafted in cow-hide, and glued and sewn for maximum durability. 

I know this is a lot of information.  I know this may contradict some of the things you thought you knew.  If the healing methods you have been using have been working for you, then by all means, continue.  However if you are reading this, you may be looking for new approach to healing and I hope you will carefully consider what I'm saying here. You may be the type of person who will demand a detailed explanation or scientific studies and "proof" before considering the merit of this approach.  Or, you may be willing to try it without fully understanding it.  Even though I can be intellectual when I want to be, I was in the latter camp.  I just needed to get well fast, and for me, because I am open-minded and was willing to experiment, I tried the magnets, and it turned out to be the million dollar ticket I was looking for.  I didn't know how it worked and at that time I didn't care.  I just needed something that would work.  Now, with my health restored, I understand this whole thing better and have gained a much deeper appreciation for this really profound, albeit simple, healing modality, which has endless application.
